But there are still many customers who ask us if we can teach them how to make the mold. Today, we will tell them how to make the cement leakage board and how to maintain it.

  First of all, we need to prepare all the tools to make the cement leakage board: vibration platform, leakage board mold, sand, stone, cement, steel mesh, release agent or waste oil, tarpaulin and tire are used for demoulding.

  Then mix the sand, stone and cement in proportion, put the mold into the vibration platform, spray the release agent into the mold and put the steel mesh, open the vibration platform and put the concrete into it. Finally, place the open area, cover it with tarpaulin with color, and wait for demoulding.
