5. The exclusive agent and franchisee can participate in all kinds of training activities held by the company free of charge.

6. For technical problems in the sales process or after-sales service, the company will send personnel to help solve them.

8. In order to improve the brand awareness of the company in China, the company will participate in regional exhibitions, product launches, expositions and other large-scale activities together with the exclusive agent and franchised dealers, and provide preferential policies for their ordered products in that month.
