I. brief introduction of the tossing machine of fermentation bed:
The equipment is mainly used for the treatment of feces and sewage in pig farm. The general name of the cultivation process is fermentation bed cultivation technology. The aerobic fermentation mattress material (including sawdust, rice husk and aerobic bacteria) laid in the fermentation tank is used as the carrier to cultivate aerobic microorganisms, and then the emissions of the cultivation field, including feces, urine, cultivation sewage and other pollutants, are discharged into the fermentation bed through the fermentation bed throwing machine 》The process of decomposing manure in fermentation bed is aerobic fermentation process, also called composting. Fermentation mattresses are generally replaced once a year, and the replaced mattresses can be sold as organic fertilizer base materials.
II. Operation of fermentation bed tilter:
1. Inspection before commissioning
① check whether the lubricating oil of the reducer and each lubricating point has been fully filled.
② check the power supply voltage. The rated voltage is 380V, and the voltage drop is not lower than 15% (320v) and not higher than 5% (400V). If it is beyond this range, it cannot be started.
③ check whether the joints of motor and electrical components are firm, and use wires to ground the motor to ensure safety.
④ check whether all connecting parts and connecting bolts are firm. If they are loose, tighten them and weld them firmly.
⑤ check the stacking height of materials.
2. No load test run
① first, make the reactor turning equipment operate. If the rotation direction is reversed, stop the equipment immediately. Change the three-phase circuit connector to change the rotation direction. During the operation of the equipment, listen to whether the reducer has abnormal sound, touch whether the temperature of each bearing is within the temperature range, and observe whether the rotating impeller rubs the ground.
3. Load test run
① during the load test run, the driving parts of the turnover equipment shall work stably without abnormal sound, and those with abnormal sound shall be checked.
② the electric control system shall be stable in operation, sensitive in start and stop, and accurate in action. In the above operation process, if abnormal conditions are found, the machine shall be stopped immediately to check and eliminate the faults.
③ it is found during the process of tipping machine that in order to avoid heavy starting load and motor damage of the equipment, before the equipment is shut down, check whether there is accumulated material in front of the tipping drum, and then lift the tipping drum to the top of the general high stacking point of the material in the tank.
III. maintenance of the tipping machine of fermentation bed
Adhere to the shift maintenance and handover system, the maintenance and failure of the previous shift will not be left to the next shift.
Inspection items before start-up of each shift:
1. Check whether the fasteners are firm, and whether the bearing clearance of the transmission parts is appropriate (too loose will cause movement, too tight will cause large rotation resistance). If the clearance is not appropriate, adjust it in time.
2. Add grease to the bearing seat and check the oil level of the gearbox.
3. Whether the wire connector is secure.
Post shift maintenance:
1. Remove the residues and surplus materials on the machine and the surrounding site.
2. Add lubricating oil to each lubricating point.
3. Turn off the power switch.
Weekly maintenance items:
1. Check the oil quantity of the gearbox and add enough gear oil.
2. Remove the accumulated materials in the blanking port and keep the blanking chute unblocked.
3. Check the contact condition of each contactor in the electric control cabinet, and replace it immediately if it is damaged.
Regular inspection items:
1. Check the operation of the motor reducer. If there is any abnormal noise, heat, etc., stop the machine immediately for inspection.
2. Check the wear condition of each bearing and replace it if it is too worn.
