Production process of cement leakage board:
The main products and equipment are 3M, 2.4m and 1.5m, (the length can be customized according to the needs of our customers), and our equipment does not hurt the pig's hoof, with good density and strong hardness, and free installation guidance and training of staff. The equipment of our company's cement leakage board production line is mainly designed to be composed of 11 parts, such as cement bin, three bin batching machine, mixer, conveyor, distributing machine, mould, turning sling, turning board machine, stacking machine, control cabinet, hydraulic station, etc. Our company adopts full-automatic production for the whole production line, which only needs one person to control in front of the computer, saving time and labor, and all of which are automatic and labor-saving.
Our company's production line is to shovel sand and stones into two warehouses for batching by loaders. At the same time, the cement warehouse enters into the mixing machine through a screw conveyor. After mixing, the cement warehouse is sent to the spreader by conveyor belt. The raw materials are mixed into the mold through the spreader. After the distribution, the vibrating bed at the bottom of the mold vibrates. After the vibration, the distribution is recycled again.
