2. Then place the fecal leakage plate mold on the vibration platform.

3. Put the corresponding reinforcing mesh in the mold.

4. The concrete shall be mixed according to the proportion of 1:2:3. The cement is 1, the sand is 2, and the stone is 3. The well mixed concrete shall not be too thick or too thin, and the fluidity is good. The grade of cement shall not be less than 425. Coarse sand, medium sand and river sand can be used for sand, and corn grain size can be used for stone.

5. Then open the vibration platform and pour the concrete mixed in proportion into the mold.

6. After the filling is complete, use a flat spade to scrape the surface, and then it will vibrate. Then place the mold on a flat ground and cover it with a tarpaulin with color to prevent cracks on the surface of the cement leakage board caused by the rapid evaporation of water and direct sunlight.

7. 48 hours in winter and 24 hours in summer, mainly determined by the local weather temperature.

8. After waiting for the air drying and forming, the board surface is downward, two people lift the two ends of the mold, and buckle one button on the abandoned old tire, then the mold can be successfully demoulded.

9. After demoulding, it can be dried in the sun. In the process of drying, water at least twice a day for maintenance for 3 days. When the cement board is completely dry, it can be used normally.
