Working principle
After power on, the blower blows the air into the heater, making the air pass through the spiral electric heating wire evenly from the inside and outside. The heat generated by the electric heating wire after power on exchanges with the cold air passing through, so as to raise the air temperature of the air outlet. The K-type thermocouple at the air outlet feeds back the detected air temperature to the temperature controller in time. The instrument monitors the actual working temperature according to the set temperature, and transmits the relevant information back to the solid-state relay to control whether the heater works. At the same time, the fan can use the air volume regulator (frequency converter, air door) to adjust the air volume.
2080 non-magnetic nichrome wire is electrified to heat the air as the hot air source, which is clean, sanitary and in line with environmental protection.

With the ingenious wind tunnel design, the air passes through the inside / outside of the spiral heating wire evenly, the heat exchange is nearly 100%, and the wind pressure loss is less.

In addition, due to different development and application conditions, the heating part uses nickel chromium wire, stainless steel heating pipe, iron chromium heating wire and infrared heating pipe according to different environment, and in addition to K-type temperature sensing element thermocouple, E-type thermocouple and PT100 thermal resistance.

Keep away from inflammable, explosive and other dangerous goods and gases;
During installation, the air outlet must be tilted 15 ° up and 10 ° down, and the left and right tilts of the machine body shall be used within 15 °;
The air inlet shall not be blocked, and the air outlet shall be connected with the piping covered with thermal insulation materials. Pay attention that the piping shall not be too long, too thin, too bent or too much.
Matters needing attention
I. in order to prevent fire or explosion, use diesel or kerosene. Do not use gasoline, naphtha, paint thinner, alcohol or other highly flammable fuels.
II. Fueling
The relevant personnel for fueling must be familiar with the manufacturer's instructions and the relevant regulations for safe fueling of hot air blower.

1. Only diesel or kerosene specified by hot air engine can be used.
2. After all the flame indicator lights are off and the hot air fan is cooled, fuel can be added.
3. When fueling, check whether there is leakage at the connection between oil pipe and oil pipe. Before the operation of the hot air blower, any leakage must be repaired.
4. The fuel reserve of buildings near the hot air blower shall not exceed the fuel consumption of the hot air blower in a day. A large amount of fuel reserve must be placed outside the building.
5. All fuel storage places shall be at least 1m away from the hot air blower, flamethrower, welding equipment and similar ignition sources (except the fuel storage with the hot air blower)
6. The fuel storage shall be limited to the area where the fuel is not allowed to penetrate or is not ignited in the low-lying area as far as possible.
7. Fuel storage must be consistent with official regulations.
3. Do not use a hot air blower where there is gasoline, paint thinner or other highly flammable gas.
